Hands Up 4 New Zealand
It is hard to believe it was more than two years ago that Christchurch New Zealand experienced a devastating earthquake.
February 22, 2011 will be remembered by the world, especially by those who experienced the event.
The Down Under Club of Winnipeg pulled together a benefit event on April 7th, 2011, headed up by Lynley Davidson.

As we get this web site up and running, we are seeking photos from members’ own collections which feature typical and iconic scenes from New Zealand and Australia. The images will be cropped to fit the wide, panorama style you see at the top of the pages, so preference will be given to ones that still look good when cropped this way.
Kiwi made new boss of Commonwealth Foundation
The Rt Hon Sir Anand Satyanand of New Zealand is the new chairman of the Commonwealth Foundation in Marlborough House, London. Appointed by heads of government, he will serve an initial term of up to two years. Continue reading
